Our Holiday Peppermint Espresso Martini Recipe

Kick off the holiday season with a Taymir Creative Peppermint Espresso Martini. This cocktail is oh so tasty and gives you the perfect boost of energy to keep up with all of the Christmas craze.

Ingredients:

It’s helpful to have a shaker and jigger handy to keep your measurements accurate and your cocktail frothy. If you want to add a little extra pizzaz to your martini, top it with mini marshmallows or coffee beans.

Start by prepping your glass. In two different small saucers or plates, pour crushed peppermint candy and some of the marshmallow topping. Take your martini glass and dip the rim of it onto the marshmallow topping. I found it helpful to dip the glass from a side angle to ensure the marshmallow was really sticking to the exterior of the rim, rather than the inside of the glass. Once the rim of your glass is properly lined with marshmallow topping, proceed to dip it into the crushed peppermint until it’s completely covered in candy. Try not to over do it with the liquid marshmallow topping. If it’s too thick and gooey, it’ll run right off your glass.

Step-by-Step:

  1. Add the Titos, Peppermint Schnapps, Baileys, Espresso, and Simple Syrup into a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until chilled and extra frothy.
  3. Strain into your marshmallow and peppermint rimmed cocktail glass.
  4. Option to garnish your martini with three mini marshmallows or coffee beans.
